Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Non-physical products, including but not limited to shipping protection, are non-refundable once purchased, as they are digital services and cannot be returned.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

I love how these make my skin feel! I read the reviews first so I was quite hopeful I would notice a difference in my skin and I definitely have! They're nice and cooling & feel very soothing. I like to leave them on for 30 mins after my shower facial wash & exfoliation routine and then apply my usual moisturizer after rubbing in the serum into my face. Just after a week of using these my skin feels SO hydrated, tightened, and plump in the best way. I use it all over my face. I originally ordered these for my under eye circles due to lack of sleep I've had lately. Just within a few uses my circles have reduced significantly. I feel very fresh faced with my skin being cool to the touch and very soft. I will continue to buy these! Ty!!
