We ship worldwide! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our Sentios Products are made.
Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
All orders placed on Sentios are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our formula is designed to separate and lift. To avoid clumping, apply in thin coats and wipe excess from the wand before use. Let the first coat set for 20–30 seconds before applying another. If you prefer a softer, fanned-out look, finish with a lash comb.
Absolutely. Use Brush No.1 for length and lift, then layer Brush No.2 for a fuller, more dramatic finish. Together, they create long, lifted, voluminous lashes that stay curled all day.
It’s smudge- and flake-resistant under normal wear. For very humid days, workouts, or watery eyes, we recommend the water-resistant version for all-day hold.
Not at all. Simply soak a cotton pad with an oil-based makeup remover or balm cleanser, press gently on closed eyes for 15–20 seconds, then wipe downward. Avoid rubbing or pulling your lashes should come clean without tugging.
Yes. The formula tested and safe for sensitive eyes and contact wearers. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Always remove mascara before sleeping.

This mascara is literally magic. My lashes are very stubborn and the longest they can hold up curls are usually two hours and yes I'm one of those people who try every single mascara on the market to find whats mine but most times failed. My younger sister helped me spread out my lashes with her tweezers to give it a natural look but the LENGTH that it gives is honestly astonishing. It is very light and gentle on the eyes. I give this a 1000 our of 1000. Everyone needs this, if your lashes are short, you just need to get it! Mwah!!

As a Asian woman in her 50s, it’s been such a struggle to find a product that actually works for my lashes. I have tried almost everything on the market and while some did deliver it didn’t keep up the curl like I wanted or like it was applied in the beginning. After a few hours I can see my lashes being flattened and some of them left me with panda eyes. I’ve been using this mascara for the last two weeks and it’s been working wonders for me. My daughter recommended me this mascara and it’s been my go to ever since. I would definitely purchase after I finish this tube!!!

Okay, when it comes to makeup I'm no expert, but I'm all about making my eyes pop and this is it. I've tried easy over 50 different brands. I've paid from 4 bucks to close to 50's and I saw this one over on instagram and decided to buy it...

I heard my friend talk about this mascara, and I had to buy it. I usually use luxe brands that were just way to overpriced and didn't serve what I wanted. This mascara does a better job! You can see how much better my non-existent lashes look with this mascara on vs not! I highly recommend this! Just because something is more expensive, doesn't mean it is better.
I'm 63, and years ago my eyelashes started disappearing. At least I thought they were disappearing. I bought this mascara based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews, and the affordable cost. I had already put my old mascara on for the day, and in the meantime my package was delivered. So I washed my face and put the new mascara on. I love it!!! The photo attached shows the new mascara on my left eye, and nothing yet on my right eye. No clumps, just eyelashes!I will definitely buy this again!
I love this mascara. I’ve tried so many but the formulas always either end up flaking or encourage my lashes to lose their curl after wearing for a bit. The brush is a nice shape that helps me reach inner corners and lower lashes wayyy easier without making a mess. I also love that this is buildable, but the color is so rich that I really only “build” for the length I want to achieve. P.S. if you have unreasonable lashes that embrace gravity like I do, highly recommend pairing this mascara with the Sally Hansen Eyelash Curler!
One coat makes my lashes look phenomenal! This is my new go-to mascara. I get asked almost daily what mascara I use - & this is just one coat! I have tried SO many different mascaras, from expensive high end brands, to drug store dupes. This is by far my favorite. It doesn’t smear, lasts all day, and for the price you really can’t beat it. I use Ponds cold cream makeup remover nightly, and have had no issue as far as removing it is concerned.
When i say my lashes are short they are SHORT SHORT like can never see them. they never stay up and I've used about 10 mascaras the last two years but were never as visible like this! THIS WORKS my lashes are still short but being this visible... imagine how it will look on normal lashes seriously I'm obsesssssedddddd this is soo good guys.

This mascara is so good! I have blonde, fine lashes and this makes them pop! I am a self admitted mascara addict and I’ve tried pretty much every big name to drug store brand. The wand is key! I use the shorter side first to coat and volumize, then the longer straight side to get the length and separate! Maybe that’s where others didn’t get the results they hoped for. I tell everyone I know to use this!!

This sentios is amazing! It makes my eyelashes bold and adds volume. My lashes are weak btw so I saw the ad and had to get it. i only put on one layer but it looks wispy with 2-3 layers for sure. I'd wear it on my nights out! I have used it everyday for about a month and no problems yet! I do play basketball and this mascara does not run, which is what I was looking for in a mascara! It is still noticeable and doesn’t fade after my game. I love this mascara and it does not disappoint, no clumps, no running, it’s great!
I tried a bunch of other mascaras but this is my favorite less expensive option by far! I posted a pic with one eye with mascara and one eye without. For most mascaras within this price range, I find that they smudge a lot and you end up with a lot of black under your eye by the end of the day or they make your eyelashes all stick together. I'm really impressed. Definitely recommend!
